FOOD FOR FINES is a program to help Nassau Resource Center maintain adequate supplies to support those in our community who need support.  The program can help reduce fines on a library borrower’s card.  Starting Friday Nov. 2nd and ending on Friday Nov. 16th you can bring in non-perishable food items to the library.  All donated food will go to the Nassau Resource Center

Ancestry.com Now at Nassau Free Library

The Nassau Free Library is pleased to announce library patrons can now access the noted family history research site Ancestry.com for free at the Library. Through arrangements with the provider and the Upper Hudson Library System, a library version of the program can be accessed using either library computers or personal laptops with Wi-Fi capability within Library confines. Community Room Renovation

The Library Community Room renovation is now complete!   The finished project includes new flooring, fresh paint, built in cabinets, and improved lighting. The project is funded through a NYS Public Library Construction Grant, and matching funds raised by the Nassau Free Library.
