Ralph Phillips Genealogy Collection

Elm St HomeThe extensive Ralph Phillips Genealogical Collection, compiled by Mr. Ralph Phillips (1895-1982), former Village of Nassau Historian, was given to the Nassau Free Library in 1983 by Mr. Paul Huey. The Collection encompasses families of Albany, Columbia, Rensselaer, Montgomery, Saratoga, Schoharie and Warren counties.

The Ralph Phillips Genealogy Collection is able to be presented to the public through a grant from the Howard and Bush Foundation, and through the efforts of Mrs. Carolyn Sherman, Librarian, Mrs. Alice Balfe, Mrs. Shirley Thomson, Lyle Norton, and members of the Nassau Free Library Board of Trustees.
